How to Order

PHONE us at 01 8879091 for a sample pack or arrange to call in . We are open Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm and will be available to help with your decision for suitable memorial and acknowledgement cards.
BY MAIL ORDER (Ideal if you live outside Dublin) You will receive an Order form/Price list with your sample pack. Please return it with your contact details, photos and your choice of wording together with your payment (including delivery costs) and make all cheques, drats or postal orders payable to P.O.D. DIGITAL PRINT SOLUTIONS. We also accept credit card payments by phone.
THE ORDER PROCESS Generally an order takes 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to complete. This allows for design, forwarding proofs, making alteraions, proof approval, print, finishing & delivery. Should you require your order for a specific date such as an anniversary or special Mass we will do our utmost to meet your deadlines.
The minimum order quantity for our individually designed bookmarks, mini keepsakes, mini tributes and little angels cards is 25 and this is due to fixed set-up costs.
You can choose to have anything you wish included on your memorial tribute and it can be personalised by adding various photos, a handwriing sample such as a signature, a favourite saying or a term of endearment, reference to a hobby or interest etc. or by including a photo of a favourite place, a local landmark or the home area of the deceased.
Colour or black & white photographs or a combinaion of both can be used. Do not cut your photos as we can remove other people or backgrounds from them without damaging the original. Please try to ensure you have good quality photos, but understandably if some are old or faded they will add character. We can also accept digital images in jpeg format with a resoluion of 200 pixels.
We provide a colour proof of your order which can be e.mailed or posted to you. We would expect to have a proof for you within 3 working days of placing your order. Once proofed we are happy to make alterations to existing wording etc. at no extra cost. However new & additional photos will incur a charge of €30 due to extra design and layout costs. Once an order is approved for print we would expect to have it ready for collection or delivery in 3-5 working days depending on print schedules.
We can deliver nationwide and overseas. Delivery costs are NOT included in the price of memorial cards etc. If you wish to have your order delivered to you there will be an added charge, please see our price list for Delivery Cost details.
